We understand at times things go wrong, mistakes happen and we want to be sure that we are here to help you get the best solution in the quickest time frame. The best way to contact customer services is to call our main number 01256 885863, any of our stafff are able to listen to your concerns, take detailed notes and pass a "problem log" to our customer service team. We expect a memeber of that team to contact you with a "problem log number" this is a simple ticket system that allows us to easily identify your problem and keep track of the best solution. You should expect a problem log number within 24 hours. If there is chasing of an order we will immediately contact our couriers for a response, ask for more detailed tracking information and pass that to you at the earliest time we get it ourselves. If you have asked for a next day delivery then around 1pm is the best time to start chasing if you are concerned as to where it might be.

If you have a problem with an item that you have received then we might ask you for pictures or further information to assist us to provide the best outcome. We want you to be happy, we are hear to help, some problems cannot be fixed in the first 10 minutes but we are on the case. Feel free to ask for an update from the first email you receive, that tends to be the most efficient way of communication but if you want to speak to someone we have the customer service team Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm except bank holidays.
